I installed Earthlink Protection and it shuts down my computer.?
For the second time, I have installed Earthlink Protection Control Center. Why pay for one when I can get this one for free? Well, for the second time, when I restart after the install, by computer boots to a certain point and when I go to sign onto my username, or just after, it just cuts off and begins a restart.
I have to then restart in Safe Mode and do a system restore.
Obviously, I need the protection, as I have no other, so does anyone know why this happens? I downloaded AVG and got the same result.
Please help.
