I keep installing the norton antivirus from the yahoo protection center, but it doesnt work. Can anyone help?
When i try clicking “Scan now” or “Edit settings” nothing happens at all. I have tried installing several times, and when uninstalling i have followed all the steps, uncluding the norton removal tool. But still nothing happens with the antivirus or personal firewall.
just try completely removing norton, apparently there is a tool, but make sure it is removed , and not just off your desktop icon. It is a pain in the ass, i have it and am still trying to get shot of it. Let me know if you manage to remove it, as i need to do this as well. Good Luck
