How I can delete a collection account to pay my credit report?
I have 22 years and I have limited credit history beyond the revolving credit card account only ($ 4k limit.) I got a college degree and has accepted a position that required six months abroad. When I returned to the United States, there was a drug bill pending in my mailbox (on my visit to the DR for my vaccinations before departure) – that my company would have reimbursed – DOH! Although I realized it has already been sent to collections I paid the balance (~ $ 100) immediately. The collection account on my credit report now indicates it was paid but because of my limited credit history, was rejected by certain benefits, such as overdraft protection, because of this (and how they were carried out recently.) How I can have this account removed from my record collection? I would appreciate any advice. I just moved across the country and what the cumulative effect which is significant. Thanks!
You may ask the collection agency to remove the online business because it had paid. But his influence is gone, then probably will not. Order your reports paid by the CRA. Do not use a combination of three reports. Reports deny an old and outdated personal information in the section '. If you live in a different direction now than when you were when you started the bill, the online business "could" fall if the CRA to remove old address. If shopping online is more like "any information" inaccurate. If errors are reported, the controversy because it was paid, the collection agency can not verify and may be deleted. If the collection agency to verify, but does not correct the information inccurate, the dispute again. If your entry Again, file complaints with the BBB, the FTC, the AG and its collection agency in the state. then dispute with the CRA again. Sometimes, things can easily fall out, sometimes it's a difficult road, and then sometimes you're just stuck with it for the rest of the period. In addition, you should read a little on the FDCPA. Click on my profile Use the links provided.
