-What is the typical beginning salary?
-What kind of education does this career require?
-What is a good college to attend for this career?
-Is this field competitive?
Another thing to be looking into is the Military dogs and how they are trained. I have a trainer friend that was a military dog trainer for Lakeland, AFB. I was so surprised how positive they are about training using food and toys to reward the dogs.
